The world's leading training ground for Human Resources professionals, the School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) focuses on what is relevant to you as an HR professional and critical to your company as a business. The faculty, specializing in human resource management, conflict resolution, management development, employment law, and change management, is the largest concentration of thought leaders in the field. Cornell's top-ranked College of Engineering, founded in 1870, has earned a worldwide reputation for excellence in engineering teaching and research. The College has been ranked as being one of the top seven engineering programs in the United States by U.S. News and World Reports with many of its individual programs ranked at the top of their fields.
The College of Engineering is among the largest at Cornell with about 3,000 undergraduate students, 1,300 graduate students, and 230 tenured or tenure-track faculty members.
