EXAMPLES

A multi-unit retailer was faced with a cultural gap brought about by a merger. Combing a face-to-face session with Cornell faculty with the online Proactive Leadership program bridged this gap. The experience concluded with a webinar.

One of the largest not-for-profit organizations in the U.S. used eCornell programs prior to a leadership retreat to facilitate its strategic planning process. The authoring faculty participated in the retreat to help the managers derive tangible outcomes from their scenario planning exercises.

An Ireland-based tourism development authority designed an in-depth executive education program and promoted it to its members. The four-month program combined eCornell online courses in Marketing, Strategy, and Leadership, a week-long educational program at Cornell University, and meetings with key industry executives in New York.
